Good to know before booking.

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment. The remaining balance is due on the appointment day.

Once a suitable appointment date and time has been found, your full name, date of birth, mobile number and email address are required to complete the booking in our scheduling system.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and last-minute changes of mind may result in the booking fee being forfeited and a new booking fee being required for a new appointment.

A grace period of up to 30 minutes may be possible depending on the treatment and schedule. Longer delays may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.

Clients receiving skin penetration services will be asked to complete the relevant consultation and consent form at the appointment before treatment begins. Please provide complete and accurate health and treatment information. Kaiu Beauty Studio may postpone or refuse treatment when a service is not considered safe or suitable.

We accept cash, bank transfer and card payments. Card payments incur a 1.8% merchant fee. Afterpay is available with a 6% surcharge where applicable.

Cosmetic and skin treatment results vary between individuals. Multiple sessions or maintenance may be recommended and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
