How do I know which treatment to choose?
Start with your main concern. You can contact Kaiu before booking if you are unsure, and treatment suitability can also be confirmed during your complimentary consultation.
Where can I see treatment prices?
Current single-session prices are kept in the Acuity booking menu so the information you see when booking is the most current. Package prices are shown on the Packages page.
Do all treatments need multiple sessions?
No. It depends on the treatment, your starting condition, goals and response. Treatments such as permanent makeup, microneedling, pigmentation care and stretch mark rejuvenation may require or benefit from more than one session.
Can I reschedule?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Same-day cancellations, no-shows or last-minute changes may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. A companion may wait in the seating/waiting area, but they cannot remain inside the treatment room during the procedure.
Can I eat or drink during my treatment?
Food cannot be consumed during any treatment procedure. Drinking is permitted, and a complimentary bottle of still water is provided for clients.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash retention varies with your natural lash cycle, aftercare and lifestyle. Many clients maintain their set with regular infills every 1–3 weeks.
How long does a lash lift last?
A lash lift commonly lasts around 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.
Is numbing used for permanent makeup and microneedling?
Numbing is available for permanent makeup and microneedling for comfort. If you prefer treatment without numbing, please let us know during consultation so suitability and comfort can be discussed.
What is the difference between Salmon DNA and Acne Stem Cell microneedling?
Salmon DNA is generally selected to support hydration, rejuvenation and smoother-looking skin. Acne Stem Cell serum is selected for acne-prone skin, post-acne texture and visible pores. Your serum choice is discussed during consultation based on your skin concerns.
Is Kaiu Beauty Studio hygienic and approved for skin penetration?
Yes. Disposable items are used where required, reusable tools are sterilised according to hygiene requirements, and Kaiu Beauty Studio is council approved for skin penetration services.
What is MelaRegen Plazone?
MelaRegen Plazone is a targeted pigmentation treatment designed to help reduce the appearance of melasma, freckles and visible spots. Protective patches are applied to the treated area and must remain dry for 7 days. Aftercare serum and sunscreen are included, and you must return to the studio within 7 days for patch removal.

Kaiu Beauty Studio is at Suite 18, Level 1, 650 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The entrance is located on the main George Street side of World Square Tower, next to Mixue Ice Cream and across from City RSL Club. We are approximately a 3-minute walk from Town Hall Station.
