Can I bring a guest to accompany me?
You are welcome to bring a guest with you to your appointment; however, due to limited space inside the beauty room, they may be asked to wait comfortably in our waiting area for the duration of your treatment, which may take up to 3 hours.

Can I bring food or drinks ?
You are welcome to bring drinks and light food with you; however, eating is not permitted during treatments unless there is a short break in between multiple services.

What do I get from referring a friend?
Refer as many friends as you like and receive a unique referral code. For every new friend you invite, both you and your friend will get $10 off your next treatment!

Can I go to bathroom during the treatment?
We kindly suggest using the bathroom before your treatment begins to avoid interruptions during the procedure. This helps ensure accurate results, smooth time management, and a comfortable experience for both you and your therapist.

Can I start treatment with my make up on?
For the best results, we recommend arriving without makeup, as this ensures a smoother procedure and helps us stay on time. If needed, we can gently remove makeup from the necessary areas with your consent before starting your treatment.

Can I have shower when I get home?
Yes, you may shower once you get home; however, we recommend waiting at least one hour after your massage before doing so. For the best results, please avoid excessive water contact on the permanent makeup or lash extension areas and be sure to follow the detailed aftercare instructions provided at the end of your treatment.

Can I get treatment done if I am pregnant/breastfeeding/menstrual cycle?
Important Health Notice: For safety reasons, most of our treatments are not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or your menstrual cycle, with the exception of lash extensions, which may be performed in certain cases. Please consult with your therapist before booking if any of these conditions apply.
