DO’S & DON’T’S

  • Pre-Care Instructions

To prepare your skin for the best results:

    • Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or fake tan for at least 48 hours before treatment.

    • Do not use retinol, exfoliating acids, or scrubs on the area 3–5 days before.

    • Stay hydrated and keep your skin moisturised in the days leading up to your appointment.

    • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and blood-thinning medications 24 hours before treatment.

    • Wear loose, comfortable clothing on the day of your session to avoid friction or irritation on the treated area.

    Aftercare Instructions

After the session, your skin will begin a natural regeneration process. Mild redness or sensitivity is normal for the first few days.

    For best healing and results:

    • Keep the area clean and dry for 24 hours.

    • Avoid hot showers, sweating, swimming, or steam rooms for 48 hours.

    • Do not scratch, rub, or exfoliate the area while it heals.

    • Apply the aftercare serum provided 2–3 times a day to keep skin hydrated.

    • Avoid direct sun exposure and always apply SPF when outdoors.

    • Continue to wear loose clothing for a few days to allow the skin to breathe.

Results improve gradually over the next 8-12 weeks as new collagen forms, helping the stretch marks fade and smooth with each session.
