DO’S & DON’T’S

  • BEFORE

    Do:

    • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.

    • Remove all mascara, eyeliner, and eye makeup.

    • Inform your therapist of any allergies or sensitivities.

    • Be prepared to keep your eyes closed during the full session.

    Don’t:

    • Don’t curl your natural lashes before the appointment.

    • Don’t wear waterproof mascara—it’s hard to remove and may affect lash adhesion.

    • Don’t apply oils, serums, or heavy eye creams near the lash line.

    AFTER

    Do:

    • Keep lashes dry for the first 24–48 hours to allow adhesive to set.

    • Gently clean lashes with a lash-safe cleanser as recommended.

    • Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and separated.

    • Schedule regular fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

    Don’t:

    • Don’t rub, pull, or pick at your lash extensions.

    • Don’t use oil-based makeup removers or skincare near your lashes.

    • Don’t sleep face down or press lashes against pillows.

    • Don’t use heated eyelash curlers or mascara on extensions.

  • BEFORE

    • Inform your technician of any allergies, medications, or medical conditions.

    • Follow any pre-treatment instructions, such as avoiding blood thinners, alcohol, or caffeine if advised.

    • Plan your schedule to allow enough time for the treatment without rushing.

    • Don’t wax, tint, or pluck brows immediately before the appointment.

    • Don’t consume alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before the treatment.

    • Don’t tan or use self-tanner on the brow area.

    AFTER

    Do:

    • Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your technician.

    • Keep the treated area clean and dry.

    • Apply recommended healing ointments or creams as instructed.

    • Protect your brows from sun exposure and avoid direct heat or sweat during healing.

    • Schedule a touch-up session if recommended (usually within 6 months).

    • Don’t pick, scratch, or rub the treated area.

    • Don’t apply makeup, creams, or skincare on the brows until fully healed.

    • Don’t expose the area to saunas, swimming, or prolonged water contact during healing.

    • Don’t attempt DIY corrections if the pigment looks uneven—wait for your follow-up.

    • Don’t use lipstick, lip gloss, or other lip products until fully healed.

  • BEFORE

    • Eat a light meal beforehand and stay hydrated.

    • Don’t consume heavy meals, alcohol, or caffeine immediately before your treatment.

    • Don’t apply overly strong perfumes or body sprays that may interfere with the massage experience.

    • Don’t come if you have contagious skin conditions or open wounds.

    AFTER

    Do:

    • Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.

    • Rest and allow your body to fully relax.

    • Take a shower at least 1 hour after the massage to prolong the benefits.

    • Follow any aftercare recommendations given by your therapist.

    Don’t:

    • Don’t engage in strenuous exercise immediately after the massage.

    • Don’t expose your skin to extreme heat or cold immediately afterward.

    • Don’t apply harsh chemicals or scrubs to your skin for several hours after your treatment.
