Payment Policy for Bookings
Appointments booked through the MINDBODY app require the full amount to be paid upfront.
If you would like to pay using Afterpay or cash, please contact us directly on our studio number. We will arrange your booking and payment with you.

Clients may reschedule or Cancel their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the booking. If you are running late, please notify us—arrivals of up to 30 minutes late will be accepted with notice. Any arrivals later than 30 minutes will be considered a no-show, and deposits are non-refundable in these cases. A new deposit may be required to secure a rebooked appointment.
